Karachi – Pakistan, Aug 30, 2013: According to Government supported POA’s affiliated SOA, Usama Qadri, President, Sindh Olympic Association announced that the Sindh Olympic Association is organizing the Schools Games 2013 will be held from October 8 – 12, 2013 at Pakistan Sports Board, Karachi Center. He nominated to Qamaruddin Sheikh Chairman, SOA as a Chairman Organizing Committee for the Schools Games 2013. RS 100,000/- (one Lac) prize money will give away for the winners in this event as well as Medals, Certificates, Shields & prizes will also be given to successful players and teams.
The following sport discipline will be organized in School Games 2013.The School Games 2013 divided in two categories for boys and girls.
BOYS: Athletics, Basketball, Badminton, Marathon, Football, Taekwondo, Table Tennis,
GIRLS: Athletics, Badminton, Marathon, Netball, Throwball, Taekwondo, Table Tennis,
The interested schools are advised to collect the registration form from Sindh Olympic Association office, with registration fee RS: 2500/-
The meeting of organizing committee will be held on 10th September 2013 under the chairmanship of Qamaruddin Sheikh (Chairman, SOA) to finalize the arrangements.
