Pro Tour Gets Ever Closer to the Big One

Ma Long and Wang Liqin are both named in the Chinese Men’s Team to compete in the forthcoming Swedish Open in Stockholm, the concluding tournament on the 2011 ITTF Pro Tour. Matters commence on Wednesday 19th October and conclude on Sunday 23rd October 2011, the date when the list of players who have qualified for the ITTF Pro Tour Grand Finals will be known.

Currently, both have made five appearances on the ITTF Pro Tour in 2011, by competing in Stockholm they will have met the basic Grand Finals qualification criteria of competing in six events. They will receive invitations for the Grand Finals in London’s ExCel Arena from Thursday 24th to Sunday 27th November.
