Karachi, Pakistan, June 11, 2018: The International Sports Press Association (AIPS) Asia has nominated Sindh Sports Minister and Patron Sports Journalists Association of Sindh (SJAS), Doctor Junaid Ali Shah with “The Best Sports Organizer of Pakistan” in November, 2018.
This was disclosed by SJAS at a gathering held in Karachi, arranged by SJAS for its Patron, Syed Junaid Ali Shah for becoming a caretaker provincial minister for the second time.
On this occasion, Secretary SJAS Asghar Azeem presented a letter from AIPS (ASIA) to Doctor Syed Junaid Ali Shah, announcing that the AIPS Asia has declared as the best Sport Organizer of Pakistan.
This award will be presented to him on the occasion of International Junior Sports Journalists Workshop, which will be held in Karachi, Pakistan in the first week of November this year, where journalists of more than 20 countries will take part.
Doctor Junaid Ali Shah is son of Doctor Muhammad Ali Shah who was the well- known International Sport figure, Cricketer, Orthopedic Surgeon, former Minister for Sports Govt. of Sindh, Member, Board of Governors, Pakistan Cricket Board, President KCCA and President of Sindh Olympic Association as well.
President SJAS, Tariq Aslam, Senior Vice President, Zubair Nazeer Khan, Vice President Shahid Ali Khan, Ubaid Awan, Finance Secretary Irshad Ali, International hockey player, Waseem Feroz, Vice President Sindh Olympic Association, Engr. Mehfooz-ul-Haq, Patron SJAS, Farhan Essa and others are also presented at this occasion.
