Kazan – Russia, July 07, 2013: During a working meeting with the presidents of the International Sports Federations involved in the Universiade, Mr. Vitaly Mutko, the Minister of Sports of the Russian Federation presented the Medal of Honor at the FISU President Claude-Louis Gallien for his “distinguished efforts in promoting physical culture and sports”. Honored, the FISU President himself thanked the Minister for his unwavering support to the Universiade and to the promotion of university sport in Russia.
