Pakistan, PJF Press Release, Dec 12, 2011: Pakistan Judo Federation (PJF) in collaboration with Pakistan Army Sports Directorate has announced to hold The 5th National Women Judo Championships on 18th-20th January-2012 in Rawalpindi, Pakistan.
Top 12 Teams will take part in this championship from all over Pakistan which are:
1. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 2. Punjab, 3. FATA, 4. Pakistan Army, 5. Pakistan Railways, 6. Pakistan Air Force,
7. Sindh, 8. Balochistan, 9. Islamabad, 10. Pakistan Wapda, 11.Pakistan Police, 12. Higher Education Commission (HEC).
And each team will show their talent, experience and thrilling techniques of Judo in a gentle way. Almost 120 Athletes along with 44 Officials will participate in this championship. The Federation is fully committed to promote Judo sport at all levels and throughout the country. These events at Country level will not only help in creating healthy competition among the female Judoka but are also a source of tracking true talent for the region.
