PFF Congress & Executive Committee meetings held

Lahore – Pakistan, Sept 22, 2012: PFF Congress, The meetings of Pakistan Football Federation Congress and its Executive were convened in PFF Secretariat today with the President PFF Makhdoom Syed Faisal Saleh Hayat in the chair.

According to PFF, the resolution to observe the “NAMOOS-E- RASOOL” was unanimously passed where in PFF Congress resolved to condemn those who were involved in airing blasphemy movie in America. President of PFF welcomed all the congress and Executive Committee members.

He warmly congratulated all the Congress and Executive Committee members for attending the meeting and extended his profound gratitude on their efforts for the development of football in Pakistan by the soccer family of Pakistan. He emphasized that further acceleration in football activities will be done with the pro-active participation by the PFF subordinate units.

During congress meeting the calendar of activities 2013, audited statements of account 2011, financial statement and recommendations made by the Standing Committee were also approved. After discussing all the pros and cons of implementation of National Sports Policy, the congress unanimously decided to keep the interest of football paramount. It was also agreed that since the case is subjudice in court, further course of action will be deliberated upon once the decision of the court is received.
