Football Team will leave for AFC U-19 Championsh​ip 2012 Qualifier Round.

Lahore, PFF Press Release, Oct 28, 2011: Pakistan Football team is leaving tomorrow morning (Saturday) via QR-333Y at 0425 PST from Lahore to Doha and from Doha QR-488Y at 1035 Hours QST to Tehran to take part in AFC U-19 Football Championship-2012 Qualifiers to be held in Iran from 31 October to 8th November, 2011.

According to the press release issued here by Pakistan Football Federation (PFF), Makhdoom Syed Faisal Saleh Hayat, President PFF wished U-19 Football team the best. He hoped they shall play in an outstanding manner as the peoples of Pakistan are looking for a victory by their young players. He expressed his satisfaction on their training and the ability to play well. On this occasion he said that they are our future players in the big league.

The detail of U-19National Football team contingents are as follows: Saddam Hussain (FW, Captain), Bilwal Rehman (FW, Vice Captain), Muzamil Hussain (GK), Saquib Hanif(GK), Tanveer Mumtaz (GK), Muhammad Usman Mohkam (DF), Shahram Babar (DF),Aamir Anwar (DF), Mohsin Ali (DF), Amir Siddique (DF), Muhammad Rafique (DF),Naveed Ahmed (DF), Junaid Qadir (MF), Waheed Hameed (MF), Wasif Naeem (MF),Saadullah (MF), Muhammad Riaz (MF), Sher Muhammad (FW), Muhammad Bilal (FW) and Ameer Hamza (FW).

The officials of the U-19 team are Shehzad Anwar (Coach), Muhammad Habib (Team Manager), Nadeem Abdul Rehman (Goalkeeper Coach), Dr. Kamran Mehdi (Physio) andFazal Ur Rehman.

Pakistan has been placed in Group C with the Uzbekistan, Turkmensitan, Islamic Republic of Iran and India. All the matches of the group will be conducted at the Takhti Stadium Tehran. Pakistan will open their mission on October 31 with the match against Uzbekistan, followed by their games against Turkmenistan on November 2, Islamic Republic of Iran on 6 November and against India on November 8.
