Online accreditation of the mass media for the charity concert of Elton John and Queen with Adam Lambert is now opened. A concert dedicated to fight against HIV/AIDS will take place one day before UEFA EURO 2012 Final is organized by Elena Pinchuk ANTIAIDS Foundation and is supported by UEFA.
The concert will take place on June 30th at 20:00 in Kiev in the official UEFA EURO 2012 fan-zone at Maidan Nezalezhnosti. Media wishing to attend need to apply online. The work of photo- and TV-journalists will be organized in a specially equipped MEDIA AREA. The rest of journalists will be provided access to the PREMIUM ZONE in front of the stage.
Photo- and video recording of first three songs of Elton John and first three songs of Queen with Adam Lambert will be permitted. Also, for these songs the uncoded signal of live concert will be provided. Photos from the concert will be posted on our website www.antiaids.org starting July 1, 2012.
Accreditation badges that allow access to MEDIA AREA of the concert will be issued in accordance with accreditation lists after journalists’ identity confirmation with the ID Press Card (UEFA ID Press Card is not valid).
Information regarding the time and place of distribution of the badges as well as tips on the best way to access MEDIA AREA of the concert will be sent to your email along with your accreditation request confirmation.
Accreditation is opened at the ANTIAIDS Foundation web-site until 16:00 Friday, June 29th 2012 – /en/accreditations. The delivery of your accreditation request will be confirmed by the letter sent to the e-mail stated in the registration form. On June 29th any time before 20:00 you will either receive accreditation confirmation or information about rejection of your accreditation request.
