Banned two players of Muslim Football Club

Lahore – Pakistan, July 24, 2012: In a meeting of Tournament Disciplinary Committee, the two players of Muslim Football Club Chaman Esmat Ullah and Hameed Khan are banned to participate in any level of matches for six month who have grossly violated the rules of the Technical Regulation of National Under-22 Football Championship- 2012 by changing their age through CNIC.

According to Pakistan Football Federation (PFF), the Tournament Disciplinary Committee after due consideration of the available documentary evidence and confessional statements of Muslim Football Club Chaman, concluded that both players are guilty of forgery and falsifications. Moreover, it is established that Muslim FC Chaman committed gross negligence and fielded ineligible players. The committee is of the unanimous opinion that both the players and Muslim FC Chaman have made at attempt to conceal the age of player thus committed violations of clause # 4)h & i) and 12 (iv) of Technical Regulation of National Under-22 Football Championship 2012.

As such the disciplinary committee has withdrawn the awards of second position with trophy, medals, award money, best player trophy in addition to this fine of Rs. 25,000/= to each ineligible player Esmat Ullah and Hameed Khan, fine of Rs. 25000/= to Manager/Coach Abdul Qadeer and Rs. 25,000/= to Muslim FC has also been imposed for fielding ineligible player Esmat Ullah and Hameed Khan who have been banned to participate in any level of matches till 6th November, 2012.
