September 26, 2013: TO ALL AIPS MEMBERS
Dear Colleagues,
I am pleased to invite you to register for your new AIPS Membership Card for the 2014/2015 card period. AIPS membership is biennial with the next period commencing January 2014. I therefore urge you if you have not already done so, to register online as soon as possible. Your online registration is particularly important if you are in immediate need of your card.
REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Online registration is available on the AIPS website. Please go to the link below to apply for a card and to view the instructional video in English – you may have to ‘allow pop-ups’ in order for this video to work.

You only need to update the information that has changed. Please, check carefully the e-mail address and mobile number. There is no need to upload a new photo (passport photo), unless you wish to change it.
Please note that the registration process is in two stages:
1. Online application
You must first update the application form and once your details have been registered, click on ‘Get a new card!’ It is your responsibility to contact your National Association for approval and payment of membership fees.

2. Card printing
To print your card, your National Association will in turn need to confirm your application and ask the AIPS Secretariat to process your card.
In the case of members who are citizens of countries which do not have a National Association affiliated to AIPS, we will assist you directly.
For any further information write to: membership@aipsmedia.com
With my best wishes,
Roslyn Morris
AIPS Secretary General
