Karachi – Pakistan, June 22, 2013: Usama Qadri, President, Sindh Olympic Association has nominated Qamaruddin Shaikh, Chairman, SOA as Chef De Mission of Sindh Contingent for 32nd National Games 2013 held at Islamabad from 28th June to 4th July 2013. The President, Sindh Olympic Association also nominated to following officials in Sindh Contingent.
1. Abdul Razzak Arain Deputy Chef De Mission (Men)
2. Ms. Sadia Quershi Deputy Chef De Mission (Women)
3. Ch. M. Saleem Paracha Contingent Secretary
4. Akhtar Khan Durrani Contingent Treasurer
5. Muhammad Akram Admin Officer
Mr. Usama Qadri, President, SOA also given the approval of 300 sportsmen to take part in 32nd National Games 2013 at Islamabad. Sindh Contingent will participate in 17 sports discipline (men side) and 10 sports discipline (women side)
of 300 persons will leave for Islamabad on 25th June 2013 by train. The different Provincial Sports Associations announced the names of players for participation in 32nd National Games 2013, namely Athletics, Badminton, Basketball, Baseball, Boxing, Cycling, Gymnastic, Hockey, Judo, Karate, Netball, Squash, Swimming, Table Tennis, Tennis and Tug of War.
Qamaruddin Shaikh, Chef De Mission & Chairman, SOA announced that the cash prizes / rewards will be given to Sindh Players who won the medal in 32nd National Games 2013.
