Karachi-Pakistan, March 15, 2012: Mudassar Arain, Secretary, PNF has informed that the Pakistan Netball Federation is organizing the National Netball Umpiring Course 2012 at PSB Sports complex, Karachi from 24th to 27th March 2012, in collaboration with Sindh Netball Association and National Umpiring Association. The 60 netball umpires of affiliated units will take part in this course. The different items related umpiring like, whilst, T-Shirts, Bag, Certificate, I.D. Card, File, Literature, CD & other things will be also distributed among the participants.
During the umpiring course the following exam will be taken for National Grading.
1. Physical fitness test
2. Written test
3. Practicals
4. Viva
5. Computer test
National Grading System for Netball Umpire as are under:
Grade-A Umpire required above 80% marks
Grade-B Umpire required above 70% marks
Grade-A Umpire required above 60% marks
The Successful umpires will nominate for Sindh Games 2012 at Mirpurkhas and as well as National Games 2012 at Lahore. The top two umpires will also select for Asian Netball Umpiring Course 2012 at Singapore.
