The 43rd World Artistic GYMNASTICS CHAMPIONSHIPS TOKYO 2011, is being organized by the International Gymnastics Federation (FIG),
while Government of Tokyo is the co-organizer. This world event will be held at Tokyo Metropolitan Gymnasium from October 07-16, 2011. The local organizer of the mega event are Japan Gymnastics Association and Tokyo Gymnastics Association. 43rd WORLD ARTISTIC GYMNASTICS CHAMPIONSHIPS TOKYO 2011, is being sponsored by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs / Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology / Japan Tourism Agency / Japan Sport Association / Japanese Olympic Committee / National Agency for the Advancement of Sports and Health in collaboration with Kozuki Foundation for Sports and Education / Kanda University of International Studies.
