2019 International Omaha and 2018-2019 Init2Winit Speed Jumping Series Dates Announced

Omaha, Nebraska, August 2, 2018: Mark your calendars now for the largest and most spectacular equestrian event in the Midwest (2019 International Omaha)!

The seventh annual International Omaha, produced by the Omaha Equestrian Foundation (OEF), is returning to the CHI Health Center Omaha (formerly known as the CenturyLink Center Omaha).

Site of the highly acclaimed 2017 FEI World Cup™ Finals, April 4-7, 2019 for four days of exciting show jumping and dressage competition, unique educational opportunities and an unparalleled shopping experience.

Following its highly successful event last year, the 2019 International Omaha will again feature the International Omaha Grand Prix, the Init2Winit Speed Jumping Series Final, the Dressage Team Challenge, a Master-Class clinic with a world-renowned clinician and a variety of open and junior/amateur jumping classes.

Init2Winit Speed Jumping Series

The InIt2WinIt Speed Jumping Series is a series of 1.40-meter speed jumping events sanctioned by the United States Equestrian Federation (USEF) and designed to give riders from the Midwest more opportunities to compete at a higher level while staying in the region.

Last year’s inaugural series proved highly popular, concluding with a fantastic group of riders and horses vying for the 2018 championship title in the $100,000 Final won by Christian Heineking in front of a packed house at the International Omaha.

This year’s InIt2WinIt Speed Jumping Series will again feature four qualifying events and the Final at the International Omaha.

While three of the qualifiers return from last year, the Series will kick off at the Great Southwest Fall Classic in Katy, TX, replacing the qualifier at HITS Balmoral as part of the Series.

This year’s InIt2WinIt Speed Jumping Series is as follows/2019 International Omaha:

• September 29, 2018 – Great Southwest Fall Classic, Katy, TX

• October 12, 2018 – American Royal, Kansas City, MO

• November 10, 2018 – Queenie Productions St. Louis Hunter Jumper, St. Louis, MO

• January 18, 2019 – National Western Stock Show, Denver, CO

• April 5, 2019 – $100,000 Championship Series Final at International Omaha, Omaha, NE

The 2019 International Omaha also features a free family friendly Horse Discovery Zone for guests and over three thousand school children are welcomed during their free field trips.

Vendors delight shoppers in the Boutique Shopping Village, and aTailgate Lounge adjoins the warm-up arena with lively bands providing after-performance entertainment.

The CHI Health Center houses all activity, including stabling and performance arena, shopping under one roof.
