RESPECT Your Health National Tournament

Gdansk – Poland,  June 22, 2012: RESPECT, The National Tournament between the teams of children from all four Polish host cities will kick-off in Gdansk on 23 June. RESPECT your Health is the official community health education programme of the UEFA EURO 2012. This one-year project is aiming to promote a healthy lifestyle, with a focus on smoking prevention, responsible alcohol consumption, healthy diet and physical activity among young people and their families in Poland and Ukraine.

The event will take place on 23 June 2012 at 10:00 CET at School nr 77, Orlowska 13 Street, Gdansk.

RESPECT: Disabled children to showcase their skills in Donbass Arena:

Children with hearing impairment will participate in showcase games in Donbass Arena as part of UEFA’s RESPECT Inclusion project – Football with No Limits. The Showcase Games will take place on 23 June 2012 at 90 minutes prior to kick-off of the quarter-final match (20:15 local time) at the Donbass Arena in Donetsk.

Children with effects of cerebral palsy will participate in showcase games in Olympic stadium as part of UEFA’s RESPECT Inclusion project – Football with No Limits. The Showcase Games will take place on 24 June 2012 at 90 minutes prior to kick-off of the quarter-final match (20:15 local time) at the Olympic Stadium in Kyiv.
