PFF “D” Certificate Coaching Course for Regions

Lahore-Pakistan, Feb 01, 2012: Pakistan Football Federation (PFF), in line with its emphasis on PFF Vision Plan 2020 and Youth Development Program to hosting PFF “D” Certificate Football Coaching Course for Region-2012 at Qayyum Sports Complex, Peshawar on Wednesday.

The 5-day coaching course being conducted by Akhter Mohi-ud-Din as Instructor will conclude on February 05, 2012. Najeeb Ullah Najmi will act as Assistant Instructor, Salah-ud-Din Awan, Refree Instructor, and Course Coordinator Abdul Shakoor.

According to the press release issued here by PFF, Mr. Khan Zaib Khan, Director General, KPK Sports Board inaugurated the Course as Chief Guest and said that “PFF is committed to provide football coaches, from beginner to most advance, with up-to-date theoretical, physical and practical knowledge for coaches from all regions i.e. Islamabad, Gilgit Baltistan, Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK) and Federally Administrated Tribal Areas (FATA) which can ensure that players develop their skill to full potential”.

Zaib further added that KPK being the most fertile province for the game of football, as such, this program at Peshawar is being given due importance which he hopes will bear fruit in the shortest possible time.

The Course will change the fortune of many participants and this will be a great opportunity for all of the Pakistani football coaches to come on board and take advantage of Akhter Mohi-ud-Din’s coaching philosophy and experience, he will provide for the coaching local coaching fraternity.

“There are so many advances in modern football and this course where video analysis and practical lessons are involved helps to get an insight into the game,” added Akhter Mohi-ud-Din. The Course will enable the 24 participants to take this challenge. The participants are:

Khan), Mahtab Ullah (Karak), S. Shafatullah (Hangu), Junaid Mahboob (Mansehra), Zia Ullah (Swabi), Yaqoob Khan (Peshawar), Shah Nawaz (Peshawar), Hussain Bukhsh (Peshawar), Jaffer Shah (Peshawar), Naqeebullah (Peshawar), Suleman Ghani (Peshawar), Shiraz (Charbagh). The PFF “D” Certificate Football Coaching Course for regions is designed to provide knowledge in football coaching for any individual regardless of coaching and playing background.

Lahore-Pakistan: The President, Pakistan Football Federation (PFF), Makhdoom Syed Faisal Saleh Hayat and General Secretary, PFF, Lt. Col. ® Ahmed Yar Khan Lodhi TI (M) have extended their felicitations to Founder Panel led by Abdul Mohi Shah and the newly elected office bearers of Rawalpindi Islamabad Sports Journalists Association (RISJA) for their land slide victory in the election for the year 2012-13.

According to the press release issued here by PFF, the President, PFF strongly believes that the new office bearers shall contribute their professional competence for the development and promotion of football ensuring due coverage in print and electronic media.

Lodhi has individually congratulated each office bearers named Nasir Aslam Raja (President), Mamood Aslam (Secretary), Jahanzaib Ali (Senior Vice President), Abid Zahoor Malik (Vice President), Mohsin Ali (Vice President), Irfan Khan Sadozai (Joint Secretary), Vincent David (Joint Secretary), Zahid Yaqoob Khawaja (Finance Secretary) on their election to this prestigious body.
