Media Accreditation

The accreditation badges will be available for collection in the media centre at the Hotel Sofitel Budapest between 22-24 May and at Hungexpo (Conference Center entrance, hall K – parking in P3) on 25 May.

Opening ceremony

Due to limited space, only a restricted number of camera operators and photographers can participate at the opening ceremony. If you are interested, we kindly ask you to send an e-mail to congressmedia@fifa.org before 18.00 on Friday, 18 May and we will try to find a suitable place.

All other media representatives can follow the ceremony in the Sofitel Hotel media centre.

Medical Conference

Media representatives can attend the second part of the 2nd FIFA Medical Conference. The conference will focus on health as a very important factor in sport and will be attended by international experts and speakers.

Amongst other topics, the agenda for Thursday will include the anti-doping and PCMA (Pre-Competition Medical Assessment [Football emergency medicine/prevention of sudden cardiac arrest and sudden cardiac death]).

If you are interested, we kindly ask you to send an e-mail to congressmedia@fifa.org by 18.00 on Friday, 18 May. Transport will be provided by shuttle buses.
