Media Accreditation Process Open for the Inaugural Season of the CONCACAF League

Miami, July 24, 2017: The Confederation of North, Central America and Caribbean Association Football (CONCACAF) informs media that the accreditation process for the 2017 CONCACAF League is open. All media members wishing to cover matches should be aware of the upcoming deadlines and accreditation process.

Media members can begin the accreditation process by registering in the CONCACAF Media Center. Once approved for the CONCACAF Media Center, approved applicants will be able to apply for the CONCACAF League and the specific matches they wish to cover.

The application process for each individual CONCACAF League match will close 48 hours before each match. To view the full match schedule, click here.

Please note that an approval for the CONCACAF Media Center or the CONCACAF League doesn’t grant access to a match. Media members must apply for the specific matches they wish to cover.

All applications will be evaluated individually. A confirmation will be generated to confirm the submission of the application, and a second confirmation will be issued upon approval.

Media members who completed an application for the 2017 Gold Cup, knock out rounds of the 2016/17 Champions League and/or other CONCACAF events since January 2017, will only have to apply for the CONCACAF League and the matches they wish to cover. A tutorial on the media accreditation process is available here.

Applicants are advised to add MediaCenter@concacaf.org to their address book and check junk mail and/or spam folders to assure a response.

As always, NO WALK-UP CREDENTIALS WILL BE ISSUED TO MEDIA AT ANY VENUE. Please do not come to the stadium planning to perform a media function without prior confirmation of approval of accreditation application. —- CONCACAF
