Karachi – Pakistan, August 4, 2012: The Chairman of Sindh Judo Association Adhoc Committee, Abdul Malik stated, “The disputes of the POA and the Federation could be resolved according to the constitution and rules but it is with great regret to make you known that the Ex-President of the so called Sindh Judo Association, Wasim Hashmi’s involvement block the all ways”.

Yesterday, a Press Release was issued by him against Pakistan Judo Federation regarding allegation of embezzlement of Funds and corruption. It is interesting to note under which capacity he had done so? As he is already banned from all sports activities. And it is questionable that as Wasim Hashmi himself remain treasurer of the Sindh Olympic Association for 4-years’ time period in which none of its any audit was being performed by any outstanding C.A Firms, neither presented in any meeting of the house and that’s why later huge embezzlement of funds and corruptions records were came out and for which the matter is pending in the Sindh High Court presently.

It is must to remember that on April 27th, 2012 Wasim Hashmi was suspended on non-participation of National Sports activities by PJF. And on 20th May, 2012 Pakistan Judo Federation in its General Council Meeting had imposed Adhoc committee on Sindh Judo Association which wrote several letters to him demanding for 4-years Audit Statements and Judo Activities sponsorships record but still no reply is being received from him, instead POA news are appearing. —- Sindh Judo Association (Adhoc Committee).
