Antalya, Turkey, Mar 24, 2013: Final results from the 2013 ITF Seniors World Team Championships in Antalya, Turkey on Saturday 23 March. The Championships have taken place on 18-23 March, with 190 teams from 31 countries competing in ten age categories from 35-and-over to 55-and-over. The ITF Seniors World Individual Championships are taking place in Antalya this week on 24-31 March.
The ITF Seniors and Super-Seniors World Team and Individual Championships are the premier events on the ITF Seniors Circuit. Players aged 35-and-over to 55-and-over competes in the Seniors Championships, while those aged 60-and-over to 85-and-over compete in the Super-Seniors Championships.
Starting with one team trophy in 1958, and four individual events in 1981, the competitions have grown to offer a total of 72 World Championship titles each year to teams, and in singles, doubles and mixed doubles. The 2013 ITF Super-Seniors World Team and Individual Championships will be held in Prostejov, Czech Republic and Poertschach, Austria in September
