Oberhofen, June 27, 2013: On Monday, 1st July 2013, registration for the 3rd edition of World Snow Day on 19th January 2014 will open until 15th December 2013.
To become a registered Organiser for World Snow Day 2014, log onto www.world-snow-day.com and click on the ‘Become an Organiser’ tab. Complete the form and click send. Registration is free of charge and upon completing the form an email will be sent to confirm the Organiser registration for the 3rd edition of World Snow Day. This email will contain the username and password that provide access to exclusive areas of the World Snow Day website such as the World Snow Day Toolkit and the event’s Live Profile.
Inside the Toolkit, Organisers will find templates for banners, posters, stickers, bibs, the official World Snow Day logo and World Snow Day certificates among other items. Each template contains areas to promote local sponsors and partners.
In addition to the Toolkit, Organisers will receive a Live Profile on the World Snow Day website. The Live Profile is a key online space where to provide the details of the event for World Snow Day 2014 and it can be updated from anywhere anytime. Features of the Profile include addresses, maps for directions to events, contact information for questions, space for local event sponsors and partner logos which can be linked and finally a blog for Organisers to display pictures and other content on progress of their events.
So don’t wait. Work it out, sign up, formulate, deliberate and get ready to celebrate the 3rd Edition of World Snow Day on 19th January 2014!
