Feb 21, 2013: The 31st edition of the FIS Alpine Junior World Ski Championships presented by Telus in collaboration with Tanguay officially kicked off on 19th February. The Mont-Ste-Anne and Massif de Charlevoix ski resorts both located in the greater Québec city area will be hosting this major international competition for more than 200 athletes from 38 countries in the age categories of 1992-1996.
Until 28th February, the event will see the mountains east of the Canadian Rockies glitter with the world’s best junior athletes competing in slalom, giant slalom, super-G, downhill, and the parallel team event. The medal competitions will kick off with the ladies GS on 21st February and conclude with the ladies super-G on the 27th as follows:

10:00 (EST), 13:00 (EST) Men’s Giant Slalom, 10:00 (EST) Ladies’ Downhill Training (Massif)
Tuesday, 26th February:
