“Special Olympians’ with Divisional Champions’ in Safari Park 2012

Karachi-Pakistan, Feb 18, 2012: Special Olympians, We ONA Sports Club, once again is going to organize an event of unique in class “Special Olympians’ with Divisional Champions’ in Safari Park 2012” on Saturday, February 25, 2012. In order to bestow tribute to our Special Children who brought Medals for Pakistan in the Special Olympics World Summer Games 2011- which was held in Athens, Greece 24th June – 4th July 2011.

This programm is being sponsored by Karachi Metropolitan Corporation KMC.

As we know that Special children are valuable assets of our society and globally they are recognized and need to create a better World where every individual play a constructive role in Society and give a proper care to the special children.

Special Olympians: ONA Sports Club has a mission to involve young people with adults by working together to develop their full potential by using a specific method that makes each individual a supportive, responsible, and valuable citizen of Pakistan. Sports play a major role in intellectual, physical, spiritual, social and emotional growth of any individual.

Sports, have various multi faceted activities and events. This mega event involves many activities for the Sports lovers, seeking memorable opportunities of having fun and learns sportsman spirit together at such a large scale.

20 Special Olympians list is attached herewith belongs to Karachi are coming as guests of honor where Arm wrestling 40 players Male and Female from 05 Districts who will contest the Karachi level Divisional tournament, 10 Judokas demonstrate a Self Defense and 16 girls players of Tenniquoits team from Khatoon-e-Pakistan Government degree College for women will play a friendly match. Whereas 50 Officials with Management Committee of ONA will be participated in the subject mentioned event respectively they will present a large number of activities educational and entertainment programme.
