By: Sheila-(Atlanta-USA) April 05, 2012: The leaders of the next two Olympic Games–the 2012 Summer Olympics in London and the 2014 Winter Games in Sochi–will be the guests of honor at the next Around the Rings Newsmaker Breakfast, presented by ISM Ltd.
Sebastian Coe, chairman of London 2012, and Dmitry Chernyshenko, president and CEO of Sochi 2014, will join Ed Hula, editor of Around the Rings on April 16 in Moscow. It will be the first joint appearance at a Newsmaker Breakfast by the two organizing committee chiefs. The event is being hosted in conjunction with the Association of National Olympic Committees General Assembly.
“We are pleased to have two of the most important people in the Olympic Movement as our guests,” Hula said.
“I hope we learn more about the differences and similarities of their management styles as well as an update on their work towards the Games.”
Dmitry Chernyshenko said, “Around the Rings Newsmaker Breakfast has become a tradition for major events in the Olympic calendar and provides a good and credible platform to discuss latest developments of the Olympic Movement.”
The event is sponsored by ISM Ltd., the IOC’s worldwide exclusive interactive entertainment software licensee, and The Concerto Group, London’s premier events planning organization.
Raymond Goldsmith, CEO of ISM, said, “ISM are delighted to sponsor ATR’s breakfast at the ANOC meeting in Moscow. Olympic Entertainment Software produced by ISM is available in many forms to help support OCOGs, NOCs, sponsors and broadcasters alike, from video games to social games on Facebook, mobile and tablet.”
A limited number USB sticks with videos of the games will be available at the breakfast.
The Concerto Group will provide two door prizes timed for the 2012 Olympics: a pair of Gold Pass tickets to London’s ultimate hospitality venue during the Games, the House of Nations.
